Kokatahi Accomodation Support

Our booking process is simple:

1. Go to the Homepage or Our Accommodation and select the stay option you'd like to book.

2. Scroll down to the booking form.

3. Select the date(s) you'd like to stay, fill out the rest of the form and hit send.

From there we'll get back to you with payment options to confirm your booking. If you have any trouble please contact us at: kokatahi.accommodation@gmail.com

Check in is available at your discretion after 2pm, information regarding this will be sent once a Stay Option has been booked. We ask all guest to checkout by 10am on the last day of their booking period to allow us to clean and check the property before any other guests arrive.

Yes. Both stay options include private and separate driveways with plenty of room for cars, bikes, boats etc. There is room for at least three vehicles at either accommodation option.

If you need to change or cancel a booking simply reach out via email: kokatahi.accommodation@gmail.com; or the contact form below. For a full refund we require 48 hours notice for booking cancellations. Other booking changes are dependent on our calendar but if you need to make a change feel free to reach out and we'll do what we can to accommodate your plans.

If you'd like to stay longer it's best to contact us as soon as possible via email: kokatahi.accommodation@gmail.com; or through the form below. We're happy to arrange additional payment and let you stay longer if we're not already booked out.

For the full suite we can sleep up to 14 guests.

Stay option 1 - Tui BnB - sleeps 1-6 people.

Stay option 2 - Longford - sleeps 1-8 people.

We are pet negotiable for the Longford property but cannot accommodate pets at Tui BnB. Please note we have our own much loved cat Napoleon as well as chickens and farm animals.

Tui BnB has a Kitchenette with electric Frypan, Toaster and Kettle.

Longford has a full kitchen with 4 elements, oven, toaster, kettle, cutlery etc.

We keep both properties stocked with some kiwi classics - tea, coffee, sugar, milk, butter, and a small selection of cereals and spreads.

Of course, if you're on holiday no cooking and dishes is always nice so check out the local dining options!

Longford has its own washing machine and clothesline.

That's right Kokatahi Accommodation has it's very own swimming hole! We've had a few family gatherings here and this is always a favorite spot for a morning dip or to cool off after the day.

How to get there:

1. Go out the back door of either property then head for the back paddocks

2. Go through the gate and walk along the beaten track

There you'll find a small, rocky, chest deep pool and a little tree stump to jump off, but do be careful as the water is not too deep.

Both properties have fireplaces with kindling, wood and coal supplied.

Longford also has a heat pump that can be used while you wait for the fire to begin roaring.
